For this first site visit, GEA and Anne-Laure Brault, its Vice President - Frozen Products BU, opened the doors of their plant in Richmond to show us their factory and its activities.

The Richmond site(plan) specialises in the construction of industrial freezers.

About the site

The processing of food ingredients requires precise temperatures to maintain product quality during heating and cooling. GEA seeks to maximise the efficiency of production systems and reduce the carbon footprint. GEA's sustainable energy solutions help manufacturers achieve their goals.

The program

  • 17h00 - 17h15 : Welcome of the members
  • 17:15 - 18:45: Presentation and tour of the factory,
  • 18:45 - 19:30: Discussions and networking

NB: The factory will be in operation so you will be asked to respect the instructions on site to ensure your safety and that of the employees.
